Delivery Time
Your order will be processed and leave our Alhambra, California, facility within 2-3 business days. You will receive your model in 1 to 7 business days after you place your order (within the continental United States). 

Example
A shipment within California will take 1 to 2 business days to arrive to you. A shipment to New York will take 3 to 7 business days to arrive to you.

Tracking
It is easy to Track Your Shipment Upon processing your order, you will receive an e-mail including shipping confirmation and the individual tracking number assigned to your model.  Check anytime to see exactly when your model is expected to arrive.

Local Pickups
Our warehouse is located in Alhambra and you can pick up your model there. Please contact us to set up an appointment.

Cost
We offer free shipping for items over $39 shipped within the continental United States. Orders totaling less than $39 incur a $7.95 shipping charge when shipped within the continential United States.

Canada Shipping for each product is noted on the product page. Express and International shipping is available on individual product pages and within your shopping cart.

Shipping Outside the U.S., Alaska and Hawaii
To receive an international shipping quote, please contact us with your exact shipping address. It might take up to 2 business days to obtain an international quote. The typical cost for delivery to an airport in Europe is $140, but it can and does vary.
