How does your dropship vendor portal work?
Our vendor portal was designed to make it very easy for you and us to work together.  All aspects of ordering, customer service and product data are available in our vendor portal.  Please view the 4 training videos after you login or browse the functionality of our vendor portal.

I own a retail store, can I get better pricing?
Please contact us as we offer different pricing for non-drop ship accounts.

Is there a minimum order or a drop ship fee?
We do not have a minimum order and there is no drop ship fee.

Can I sell on and
Yes you can sell our product anywhere! However, on we have a MAP policy.

Do you have a MAP (minimum advertised pricing) policy?
Only on  Anywhere else you are free to price the items however.

Can I use any promotional codes?
No. The only promotional codes given are for our retail website.

I want to purchase a large quantity of a specific item. Do you have better pricing?
Yes, email us the item number and the quantity and we will give you the best price possible!

Customer Service/Vendor Portal Questions

How do I ask a question, report damage, request a return, find out the tracking number, see if I have been refunded, etc on a specific order?
Search for the order in our vendor portal and chose the appropriate option or the information such as a refund or tracking number will be on the order page.  All of the information will be stored with the order for easy reference for you or for us.

Shipping Questions

What does it cost to ship my order?
For orders in the 48 US States shipping is free over $29 and under $29 it is $7.95.

Do you ship international?
Yes, for many items we do.  The price will be on the individual product page.  If the international shipping price is not listed and you want a quote for that specific item please contact us.

How long after I place my order will it be shipped?
We ship everyday and sending our your order is our top priority.  However, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?
When the airbill is printed, you will be emailed the tracking number.  Also, using our vendor portal you can find the tracking number on each specific order.  NOTE:  It sometimes takes up to 24-48 hours for the tracking status to appear on the carrier's website.

Can we ship on our FedEx/UPS account?
Not at this time, we only ship on our shipping account.

Do orders ship with any information in or on the box about who shipped it?
We do not put any invoice in the customer's shipment. In addition we do not put our company name on our airbills.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, items are available for pickup from our warehouse in Alhambra, Ca.  Put this in the notes of the order.

Product Catalog and Updates Questions

Can I get a spreadsheet of all of your product information?
You can download our product spreadsheet.  This has all of the pricing, pictures, description, etc needed to add the product to your store.

How do I know if you have added new items?
Please visit the Products menu on the top right side of the website and select New Items.  Check back frequenlty as we add about 100 new items per month!

How do I know if an items is out of stock or discontinued?
Please visit the Products menu on the top right side of the website and select Out of Stock or Discontinued

How do I know if the price of an item has changed?
Please visit the Products menu on the top right side of the website and select Price Changes

How often do you update your excel product catalog?
Our Excel product catalog is updated daily.  You can download it anytime or have it automatically emailed to you based on your account settings.
