Classically styled, this oil lantern is an accurate replica anchor lamp of the type historically used on sailing and steam ships. Expertly handcrafted from solid iron sheet and featuring a working Fresnel lens, the lantern is a fully functional oil lamp that you can actually light and use. The antique anchor oil lantern also features a handle which allows the lamp to be hung on a hook or rope true to the original design of period lamps, and is ideal in a patio or garden, or placed on an outdoor table to provide stylish ambient light.
